Child Safety Standards

Effective date: February 12, 2026

Our Commitment

Revva is a motorcycle tracking and social application. We are committed to the safety and protection of all users, including children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

This page outlines our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Revva strictly prohibits:

  • Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
  • Sextortion or any form of coercion involving minors
  • Sharing, distributing, or soliciting CSAM or any exploitative content involving minors
  • Any behavior that facilitates child trafficking or exploitation

Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement agencies.

Age Requirement

Revva is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. Users under 18 may use Revva with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Detection and Enforcement

We take the following measures to address CSAM and CSAE:

  • Content Moderation: We review reported content and take appropriate action, including removal and account termination
  • User Reporting: Users can report concerns about child safety directly within the app through our in-app reporting mechanism
  • Prompt Removal: Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we take immediate action to remove the content
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation
  • Authority Reporting: We report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC and relevant regional and national authorities as required by law

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior on Revva that you believe exploits or endangers a child, please report it immediately:

  • In-App: Use the report feature available on any user profile, ride, comment, or community post
  • Email: Contact our child safety team at contact@revva.app

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.

If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement or emergency services directly.
